A jako ka\u017ed\u00fd rok, mnoh\u00fdm z n\u00e1s vyvst\u00e1v\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka, co s&nbsp;kilogramy nav\u00edc, kter\u00e9 jsme tu a tam nabrali b\u011bhem v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho obdob\u00ed i b\u011bhem pr\u00e1ce na home office? L\u00e9to p\u0159ijde brzy a bylo by skv\u011bl\u00e9 letos kone\u010dn\u011b dodr\u017eet ono p\u0159edsevzet\u00ed a b\u00fdt fit. Jak toho ale doc\u00edlit, nav\u00edc za doby, kdy je cel\u00fd sv\u011bt su\u017eovan\u00fd pandemi\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/runhouse.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/ilustracni_sport1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-580\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jak b\u00fdt fit za doby koronaviru<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak b\u00fdt fit b\u011bhem pandemie? Hubnut\u00ed je posledn\u00edch n\u011bkolik let t\u00e9matem \u010d\u00edslo jedna, nehled\u011b na koronavir. Hubnut\u00ed jako takov\u00e9 nen\u00ed radno podcenit. Hodiny j\u00f3gy snadno nahrad\u00edme videem z internetu a podobn\u011b. Na pe\u010den\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me pohankovou, \u010dirokovou anebo nap\u0159. cizrnovou mouku.
