A kdy\u017e se to nepoda\u0159\u00ed, tak jak od nich co nejrychleji ulevit?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u0159e\u010de spojen\u00e9 s pohybovou aktivitou (tzv. P\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010di t\u011bsn\u011b po sportovn\u00edm v\u00fdkonu. Postihuj\u00ed nej\u010dast\u011bji svaly na stehnech a l\u00fdtkov\u00fd sval. Pr\u00e1v\u011b nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edprava a podcen\u011bn\u00ed zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed sval\u016f m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit jejich p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a k\u0159e\u010de. Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny pak pat\u0159\u00ed nadm\u011brn\u00e9 nam\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed sval\u016f, p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 intenzivn\u00ed tr\u00e9nink, p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a \u010dasto opakovan\u00e9 pohyby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou je dehydratace, nedostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem tekutin b\u011bhem sportovn\u00edho v\u00fdkonu, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k nerovnov\u00e1ze elektrolyt\u016f a zp\u016fsobit svalov\u00e9 k\u0159e\u010de. V\u00a0neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b je to tak\u00e9 nedostatek miner\u00e1l\u016f. Dob\u0159e se zah\u0159\u00e1t a prot\u00e1hnout svaly p\u0159ed tr\u00e9ninkem. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je zahrnout dynamick\u00e1 prota\u017een\u00ed a pohyby, kter\u00e9 p\u0159iprav\u00ed svaly na zv\u00fd\u0161enou fyzickou aktivitu. Intenzitu a objem tr\u00e9ninku \u010di sportovn\u00edho nasazen\u00ed zvy\u0161ujte postupn\u011b, abyste svaly posilovali a p\u0159ede\u0161li nadm\u011brn\u00e9mu p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem sportovn\u00edho v\u00fdkonu je nutn\u00e9 udr\u017eovat dostate\u010dnou hydrataci, to znamen\u00e1 p\u00edt dostatek vody \u010di n\u00e1poj\u016f obsahuj\u00edc\u00edch elektrolyty (iontov\u00e9 n\u00e1poje pro vyrovn\u00e1n\u00ed hladinu sol\u00ed \u2013 sod\u00edku a drasl\u00edku).
