Kdy\u017e konzumujeme potraviny bohat\u00e9 na b\u00edlkoviny, jako je maso, vejce \u010di fazole, na\u0161e t\u011blo je v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu tr\u00e1ven\u00ed rozlo\u017e\u00ed na jednotliv\u00e9 aminokyseliny a ty potom vyu\u017eije k&nbsp;vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed ostatn\u00edch t\u011blesn\u00fdch b\u00edlkovin. Struktura ve\u0161ker\u00fdch aminokyselin obsahuje tzv. aminoskupinu. Dosa\u017een\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy, znamen\u00e1, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd den p\u0159ijmeme p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b stejn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed dus\u00edku, jak\u00e9 ztrat\u00edme.
